Perhaps Chris remembers this location, probably Tiffin. He looks like he is surveying the neighborhood in hopes of a big adventure.

I can't tell where this might have been taken. It sure doesn't look like the backyard of our house on Clinton Avenue.
And I appear to be too big for this picture to have been taken while we were on Hedges street. We lived on Hedges Street the first year we were in Tiffin.
If it's really from a residence in Tiffin, it might have been taken near the house we occupied during our last summer in Tiffin. We lived in a house on or near the college campus shortly before moving to Wisconsin. Perhaps we had already sold the house on Clinton Avenue and needed a temporary place in Tiffin before moving to Wisconsin. We were there only a short while.
